Subject: Search for a Surveyor for Corporate Real Estate Management

Brugi S.p.A. – Creazioni Sportive is a well‑established company in the sportswear sector.
In addition to our core business, we manage a diverse real estate portfolio that includes production facilities, retail stores, residential units, and other properties.

The Position
We are looking for a Surveyor to oversee the full technical and administrative management of our real estate assets. The collaboration is intended to be long‑term and continuous.

Main Responsibilities

1. Technical Skills
• Land registry activities: floor plan updates, ownership transfers, cadastral searches; property divisions and registrations
• Design and renovation: drafting projects for maintenance, renovation, and regulatory compliance (CILA, SCIA, Building Permit procedures)
• Construction site management: organization and supervision of worksites, coordination of contractors, monitoring operational phases, and ensuring safety compliance under Legislative Decree 81/2008
• AutoCAD DWG 2D: advanced use for creating and modifying technical drawings
• 3D software: knowledge of modeling tools
• Office automation: excellent command of Microsoft Excel and Word
• Project management: knowledge of Microsoft Project and ability to manage Gantt charts
• Specifications and bills of quantities: drafting, analyzing, and verifying tender documents
• Offer analysis: technical and economic comparison and evaluation of quotations
• Energy certifications (optional): preparation of Energy Performance Certificates (APE) as an additional service

2. Soft Skills
• Reliability and precision in managing deadlines and details
• Problem‑solving skills for handling cadastral discrepancies or unexpected issues on site
• Ability to translate technical concepts into clear, understandable language
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

3. Previous Experience
• Solid experience in managing real estate portfolios for companies or condominium complexes, with site management responsibilities in corporate environments

Required Qualifications

• Surveyor Diploma or Technical Diploma in Construction, Environment and Territory (CAT)
• Proven experience in a similar role
• Excellent command of AutoCAD DWG 2D
• Familiarity with 3D modeling software
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Project
• Ability to draft and analyze specifications and bills of quantities
• Strong aptitude for technical‑economic evaluation of offers
• Precision, organizational skills, and problem‑solving mindset
