Commercial Back Office Assistant

We are a clothing manufacturer with a well‑established presence in Italy and abroad.

To strengthen our commercial team, we are looking for a candidate to join us as an internal CRM specialist,
responsible for back‑office activities supporting both the Italian and international markets.

Main Responsibilities
- Managing communications with Italian and international B2B clients
- Entering and monitoring orders in the company management system
- Coordinating shipments and providing logistical support
- Updating and verifying customer records and commercial terms
- Supporting the sales team in preparing offers, documentation, and follow‑ups
- Handling post‑sales requests and customer assistance
- Checking payment status and performing reminder and credit recovery activities
- Collaborating with internal departments to ensure smooth and efficient service

Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in commercial back office or customer service roles
- Excellent knowledge of English (mandatory requirement)
- Good knowledge of German (preferred)
- Accuracy, organizational skills, and customer orientation
- Familiarity with management systems and digital tools
- Team‑oriented mindset and strong communication skills
