Administrative Assistant – Full Time

Role Description
Our company is seeking a full‑time Administrative Assistant with at least 2 years of experience in administrative and accounting tasks.
The selected candidate will support the daily operations of the administrative office, ensuring accuracy, punctuality, and a high standard of work quality.

📌 Main Responsibilities
• Managing basic accounting tasks (cashbook entries, postings, reconciliations).
• Issuing and recording incoming and outgoing invoices.
• Supporting payment processing and deadline management.
• Document archiving and handling administrative correspondence.
• Managing relationships with suppliers, customers, and external consultants.
• Supporting reporting activities and administrative control.
• General office and administrative support duties.

🎯 Required Qualifications
• At least 2 years of administrative experience.
• Good knowledge of main management software and Microsoft Office.
• Accuracy, reliability, and ability to work independently.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.

➕ Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in retail or service‑sector companies.
• Basic knowledge of advanced accounting or VAT management.
• Familiarity with digital document‑archiving systems.
